I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and got to play in a little bit of snow :)
Please review the previous blog post for directions with our new homework choice board and do not hesitate to email with questions.
Report cards were sent home on Friday afternoon. You may keep the papers inside including the report card, please return the envelope signed on the Quarter 2 line and UNSEALED.
Here is what we have going on this week:
Tuesday: Guidance with Mrs. Grindstaff
Thursday: Target Day
Friday: ILC lesson and book check-out with Mrs. Bates
Here is what we are learning this week:
Math: Math Centers focused on greater/less than. We will have an assessment for greater than/less than on Friday.
Phonics: Final (bossy) –e words (ex: kite, time, plane, etc.).
Social Studies: Global Address (continent, country, state, county, and city).
STEM: Tens and Ones Snowflake Challenge.
Writing: Begin Unit on Opinion Writing.
Reading: Daily 5 Rotations.
