Hi Parents!
Report cards went home on Thursday. Please send back the white envelope UNSEALED and signed on the line that says, Third Quarter. Zoo permission forms and payment envelopes were also included with the report card. Please fill out both sides and send back the form with the payment envelope. All volunteers are welcome (no younger siblings please).
Homework Folders are due this Friday, March 31st.
Here is what we have going on this week:
Tuesday: Guidance with Mrs. Grindstaff, Play for Exceptional Children’s Week, and ILC lesson/check out
Thursday: Target
Here is what we are learning this week:
Math: We will review Missing Addend and continue to work on mastering this skill.
Phonics: Vowel Teams focus on ee and ea.
Science: Unit on Plants and plant parts.
Writing: We will wrap up our STEM Public Service Announcements as well as work on adding details to sentences, capitalization, and punctuation.
Reading: Daily 5 Reading Groups
**Reminder about Homework Choice Board: Students are required to complete at least 6 items for the month of March. Please be sure to place all 6 items in their red homework folder and turn it in on the last school day of the month. Students can do all 12 items but are only required to complete 6 and turn them in.
